Information
We ship most of our products that are in stock within a
day or two of payment. Items that are not in stock could take
up to three weeks depending on the weather.
We are setting up Venmo and The Cash App.
We can do credit cards, but only over the phone, We will ship the
product within two business day in most cases.
If you wish to pay with a money order, we will ship the
product in two business days after we receive the money order,
in most cases.
If you wish to pay with a check, we will make and ship the
product within two business days in most cases after the funds
clear with our bank, that can take up to ten ( 10 ) business
days.
Shipping Costs.
We want to discourage shipping. Local
pickup is preferred. Shipping costs can be as much as three
times the cost of the item.
We will get a quote and email it to you before you pay for the
product. We do not ship our planters with plants.
Returns.
If you do not want a product, you can email me and we will try
to resolve the issue. The buyer will pay for return shipping.
If you still do not want the product, then I will give a
return number. We will then refund the purchase price minus
the shipping. Products returned without a return number will
not be accepted.
All products will be shipped with insurance, if your product
arrives damaged you must submit a claim with the shipper.
